Bravo=I am taking in, discharging, or carrying dangerous cargo
November=No or negative
Romeo=Preparing to replenish (At sea). Ready duty ship (Inport)
Golf=I require a pilot
Bravo=in harbour
November=at sea/in harbour
Romeo=at sea/in harbour
Golf=at sea
It doesnt seem right, unless it is a message?

Only if they're flown separately. Fly them together and the meaning changes quite a bit.
Otherwise a very fine upgrade, aside from that weird stray orange line near the forward RHIB. The bow shading is especially nice.
I think it's the painter for the RHIB. Not that it should be there while the ship is underway, unless they're launching boats.
