Well I think its mostly down to the sheet size, not the ship size (thougth those two things do correlate ;) ) To get the crests fully incorporated to the bucket system, i think We should need to come up some good maxium sizes per sheets (and I need to alter the sheets so that the crest would have their own proper place in the sheet)

I understand that it is difficould to produce good pixel art when the scale goes smaller.

:D Here you've got both the original and a reduced size badge. I've reduced it to two third in size. I've tried to do it in half size, but the quality became too poor :? Hope you like it though.

Excellent work, the Shakespeare's were very influental and certianly were very good looking destroyer leaders.

Keep this up and we're going to have to make a member of the Grey Funnel Line Faction!

:D In size, yes (but a bit poorer quality) but if you are happy with it, I'm glad I could be with assistance ;)

I don't even think its poorer in quality (the shell become bit more messy, but I think bit strengthening its outlines would fix it.

The outlines are strengthened! In fact I've using a good hour to fix it. I don't think it could be better than that. But it point out my arguing for the size I normally use ;)

From the point of view of heraldry it's just a golden scallop on a red background. All the shadows and details that you're are trying to reproduce so carefully do not really matter because while the charge (scallop) and tinctures (red and gold) are recognizable the CoA is correct. It doesn't make it any less a piece of art though; you're really good at it as it was already said multiple times.
