Alrighty, I am 95%certain she's done, I cleaned up the funnels (something I completely missed after resizing), and tried everything I could to get the center secondary turret to look right, and fixed a few incorrect color patches on the hull. Here she is:

Great drawing Raxar, I've only just found this thread!

If I may, I have a couple of recommendations to get this drawing totally perfect:

-Shading on the 12" guns: top, fore and aft surfaces.
-Shading and deail on the 9.2" guns: the vertical line on the side-view guns should be dark grey instead of black.
-Shading on the masts to show they are circular.
-Shading on the fore of the main superstructure to show its angle.
-Black lines on the hull should be dark grey, and shading could be applied to the armour belt.
-Highlighting on the prop details and bilge keel: lighter red colour for upward-facing surfaces.
-Consider improving or re-drawing the net booms and their rigging (feel free to copy/pinch some bits from one of my drawings: HMS Dreadnought
-Changing the flags, these look a little 'boxy'.
-Changing the outline of the crane booms so they are evenly spaced.
-Moving the (I forget what these are called!) to eliminate double black lines:

Fixed. Can't find any good pictures of the sides of the 9.2 inchers, Suggestions? ;) Torpedo nets are from Jabba's Dreadnought (Thanks for letting me use them Jabba :)) Shading is added and superstructure is slightly darker, underwater hull and cranes are fixed. New flags from the archive, (the old ones were floating around on my PC, I think they are from JG). Added a new boat to replace the crummy old one.

Is this good enough?

Is it a USN motor launch? Hmmm, I think it's wrong using it. I don't mind though; but think of modifying it so it looked more like from that time period.

You are getting there Raxar, all in all this is a good effort. You just need to tighten up the quality control a bit. There are missing outlines on 4 of the portholes, and perhaps the little eyebrows above them would be better in grey rather than black. The pipes on the funnels could do with being a lighter shade of grey,as it is they look almost black. The rear strut on the main mast has lots of colour errors. The ladders and guard rails are too dark grey. The barrel on the outward facing gun is oval. Please don't take this as critisism as I only ever scrutinize drawings I really like this closely.PS if you want some better looking block and tackles you can find them on the archive on HMS Canopus. :geek:
