Here's a thread for the destroyer leader/flotilla leader design built for the Regia Marina to combat the large French destroyers. 12 were laid down, and only four were completed before the war's end, with only two seeing any significant action. Once I look through some of the stuff I have on the class, I'll get more ships done since there were only two variations of the class (placement of the main-mast on the aft director or behind aft smoke stack.)
