my third attempt at drawing a real life ship, and something a bit more complex than the type 1934A destroyers that I've currently got on long-term project list.

the aircraft carrier Ryujo was a Japanese light aircraft carrier built in the early 1930s, she was small and lightly built to exploit a loophole in the Washington naval Treaty, however because of her light construction she proved to be top heavy and very unstable in moderate sea conditions.
