Hello again!

First real ship from me since January: The protected cruiser Libia, one of the last protected cruisers ever completed. Originally ordered by the Ottoman Empire under the name Drama, but not paid for regularly after 1908, resulting in a very extended building time that lasted right into the ship's obsolescence. Requisitioned by the Italian navy when they went to war against the Ottomans in 1912, but still not completed till it was over. Spent most of its postwar life on the China station.
