I've done a quick update on the upper bridge area, showing the compass platform and the 'pilot house' better outlined. Looking at the source material it also looks like the forward director needs changing, though it isn't one from the parts sheet :)

Given the same era of technology, unless I had a good reason I'd go with the same color of dielectric material for everything of that band. So light light canvas color for the new radar face. Feel free to correct me (eg is that a form of cheese instead of dielectric material?).

On an otherwise worthy and excellent illustration, the overall impression is marred by a flagrant misplacement of the Rear-Admiral's flag and the signal flags. Never is such a rank-flag allowed to fly from the gaff. Here, when the ship's at sea the White Ensign is flown out. Depending on status and command character of the flag officer onboard, his command flag or pendant can be flown from the foremast or mainmast, actual position often depending on the character of the command. For instance, at the Battle of Jutland, 31 May, 1916 the Hon. Rear-Admiral Hugh Evan-Thomas chose to have his squadron fly extra large White Ensign from the gaff, the main topmast and the foretop. His Rear-Admiral's flag was flown from the port hailyard from the foremast, since the positions on either topmasts were occupied! So, investigate the mission specificity of the year you've chosen to depict the Vanguard and adjust the positioning of the flags accordingly. That's my informed advice. - And if you do this, the end product will attain a very mature, almost museum character. That's how good it will be!
