The drawings are fantastic!
I would just correct the flags: the flag on the mast is alternative to the jack...

Mighty work Alvama! Just like the ships, they look very mighty. Are those 6'' turrets that big?

Armament:
• 8 × 6-inch (152 mm) guns 3 twin turrets and two single mountings
• 4 × 4-inch (102 mm) guns
• 3 47mm guns
• 12 × 21-inch (533 mm) torpedoes in triple tubes above water
Armour: 3 - 2 inch belt, 1-2 inch deck, 6 inch conning tower

Yea The guns were quit large according every source, I think dealing the shield, since they're open and not DP.

Btw Now with correct flags and a new ond the Libertad in 1936:

The design was based on the British 'E' class cruisers HMS Enterprise and HMS Emerald (BTW on my worklist).
