Coast Guard and Navy ships often have the same names. The most recent examples are the USCGC Dallas (Hamilton class cutter) and the USS Dallas (Los Angeles class submarine)

at the 1944 version (and perhaps the 1946 one) you still have to add the american quadruple 40mm Bofors mounting on the superstructure abreast the after mast

It is time to redraw the 40mm twin as it is grossly oversized(larder than the 4 inch twin).

Nearly all small AA mountings (German, british/american 20mm, 37mm, 40mm) have originally been drawn much to large. This has been corrected for many of them but not on most ship drawings.

These are the rectangular shaped objects at the end of each of the four yardarms. The same can be found at the Richelieu before its refit at New York in 1942/1943.
