"what do you mean with perfecting, BCRenown?"

I mean making the drawing of Renown as accurate as the shipbucket format will allow. I don't think Hood or I have achieved this yet.

I have a very good feeling that Mr. HOOD will perfect his Renown drawings sooner or later --- meanwhile here's my contribution to the cause ---

Excellent work, Hood.

The "concave bend in the stern" was an hole used for the stream anchor. Sometimes the anchor was carried, sometimes it wasn't.

That's an extremely nice drawing of a beautiful battlecruiser. I like her best in 1917 with the shortened foremast, enlarged foretop and still without the main topmast. I hope to see more versions soon. Then, of course, there's the highly speculative and much discussed rebuild version. Thanks Jabba,...

My drawing of 'HMS Albion' was very much inspired by "Hood's" drawing of Battleship 'X' seen here: http://www.shipbucket.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3751 I really liked "Hood's" work and the proposed design, but I'm not a fan of the 'pre-dreadnought' turret layout. First, let me apologize for the tone of my prior post. I was approaching the drawing you had presented as if you were submitting it for review prior to upload, and my critiques at the time were valid in that respect. Now that I know that such is not your intent, I fully appreciate that it is a very...

First off, let me say that I've known Portsmouth Bill perhaps longer than any of you and my sole reason for posting was to help him is his quest for an accurate drawing of a late war HMS Jamaica. Secondly, Shipbucket is not my style of drawing warship images. I think it's great for making easy alter...

After waiting quite some time for someone to draw a late war version of HMS Jamaica, I decided to attempt it myself. Detailed resources on this ship were more sparse than I thought and, while I don't believe my drawing to be 100% correct, it's the best I can do for now. http://img10.imageshack.us/im...
