There is a thing about submerged subs only being able to see up too 5 kilometres. It's just after the advanced horizon rules.

Those five vessels, they were all frigate sized? that's cool. The escaping fleet is going to be small... it'll have a few battleships though, thanks to the French... Well, my players are currently enjoying some gunnery practice. :D Also, I think the rules are pretty much done. I'm not sure what else...

Im not saying as passing any form of judgement. I just feel that PLAN doesn't have long range bases or alot of overseas ports of call that the US navy might enjoy.
