I was looking at the image for the Savannah and noticed that it was too deep in the hull compared to her length, so using her booklet of plans that is posted online, I redid the artwork.

The sidelight has to be placed where it can be viewed from "right ahead." This would mean that you would place it where the bow starts to bend in toward the stem. This is why they are often mounted on the bridge wings. They usually have the visibility both forward and abaft the beam that is require...

I'd move the secondary battery mounts to amidships to move them away from the turrets. You also might want enclosed mounts to protect the crews from blast.
