Without Swing Wing it loses it's low level speed which was it's main selling point. Just looked back at your SSBN and I have to say that carrying CMs compromises it. A bomber is designed to never be seen until it has launched. Fair idea but on patrols on missile type or the other, not both!

I don't see the need for supersonic flight (never have in an ECM a/c) but it would fly!!!! Depending on when it would be produced depends whether or not you need those extra 2 ECM operators.
