Nice drawings

Switzerland considered to buy a new fighter in the late 1980s. In the race were the F-16, the F/A-18 and the Gripen. In the end the F-16 did not make the race and the swiss army ordered the F/A-18.

As you see, it is basically inspired by US (Generals & NCO's), British, German (Officers exept Generals) & French (Generals & and some other ranks) rank insignia. There is no reason for that. I just forgot to change that.

There reason for having the four star general having a bit a changed insignia is, that he often is the highest rank of land forces and often the rank of the commander of the land forces.
