I use pretty much MSpaint for all of it except if I need to rotate something, and I will use paint.net for that. It would be really hard for me to explain in writing how I do this, but its not really hard....

I donn't know if I like the primary sensor placement. It has a massive cutout forward which would put it at a serious disadvantage if it is a screen oriented towards a threat axis. I've changed the forward mount to phalanx....I've also shorted the "snout" because it was just to long.
