The reason why SPY-1F is bulky for the performance it has is that it uses older technology. The issue to me, of course, is that these artists would use parts drawn by the rest of the members on this site. How do we sort that out? There are cases where that doesn't apply as certain drawings have parts that are all drawn by the artist who made the drawing. A good example is FD Scale drawing...

Regarding commercial use, I think it is best to ask permission from the artist or artists who created the drawing or drawings to be used. While I think it is a good idea to apply a single license for drawings uploaded on the main site, I think artists could allow their own original drawings to be us...
