yes I do have a scanner, I am not that great at sketches either. do you mean with a pencil? cause if so I am not that great.

This is for my NS nation, I am aware of the mistake I have had 3 Swedes correct me and sadly Google Translate isnt all knowing so I say it is "New Swedish". As for the name I rule most of Europe so Normandy is Swedish in my nation. I am 13. I will update it again. I am sorry for messing up the scale...
