As one of the people who painted over the stupid mouth on TORSK I'm glad you drew her. She looks great. With her and TANEY drawn now we only need CONSTELLATION and LV116 Chesapeake drawn in shipbucket style to have all the Historic Ships in Baltimore collection done.

Hey guys, big news. At the end of the year I will be leaving USCGC TANEY and Historic Ships in Baltimore where I was site manager and moving to Philadelphia to be assistant curator of USS NEW JERSEY. You should come up and visit sometime after the new year.

What did your research show for the medium AA? 2x3"/50 mounts and 2x1.1"/75 quadruple mounts? Her measure 1 light grey didn't start at the top of the funnels? Impressive research and a great drawing! I'd love to hear more of what you found out.

Has anyone claimed or drawn the OWASCO class 255' US Coast Guard Cutters? I'm trying to put together a design history of the large patrol cutters for my coworkers on the TANEY and those are the most notable absence.

Final Countdown is my favorite movie. If you like it too you should read the Axis of Time Trilogy by John Birmingham. Its the exact same premise except the battlegroup stays and fights.

These are great. Where did you get your armament layout for Yorktown '42? I have long wondered what her loadout was at Midway but never found solid information.

I was very fortunate to get to go aboard Slater while she in the floating drydock getting repainted the other year and Tim Rizzuto her executive director showed me all the research he had to do to get that paint job right. Great job matching it in shipbucket scale!
