Best I can tell you is paint.net it is completly free of use. Just disable antialising,good size for Arial black, color tolerance and you are ready to go. You have much more tools to use to if you want to learn.

On the flight deck you can see four bomb elevators on the deck edge either side of the island. The shafts have quite thick girders externally. It's difficult to get good photos of these areas. Nice job with the tie-downs. However, the deck-edge elevator and the surrounding deck extensions do not have that arrangement.
